The Bruno mobile application and related services are operated by Bruno. References to “Bruno,” “we,” “us,” and “our” in our policies refer to that operator.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any portion of the Service except as expressly permitted by our Terms of Service or applicable law.
DMCA Notices
If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Notices should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it;
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, and email);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

All use of the Service is governed by our Terms of Service, which set out the conduct expected of users and the content that may not be posted to the Service.

Open Source
The Service includes software released under open-source licenses. Acknowledgments and license texts are made available in-app and on request to legal@collectbruno.com.
Beta Disclaimer
The Service is currently provided as a private, invitation-only beta. The Service is provided “as is” and may contain bugs or incomplete functionality. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice during the beta period.
Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your use of the Service, including export-control, sanctions, and tax laws in your jurisdiction. The Service is not directed to any jurisdiction in which it would be unlawful.
Apple Disclosure
If you obtained the Bruno app through the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement, to the extent those terms apply. Apple is not a party to these policies and is not a party to any agreement between you and Bruno.
