Privacy Policy
Effective May 4, 2026
Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Bruno (“Bruno,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Bruno mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is currently offered as a private, invitation-only beta for a limited group of users.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect the email address and password you provide. If you sign in through a third-party identity provider, we receive the basic profile information that provider shares with us (such as email address and a unique identifier).
Content You Submit
We collect the content you create, upload, or otherwise submit through the Service, including listings, photos of garments and inventory, descriptions, prices, brand and category metadata, offers, messages, and notes you record about items in your collection.
Usage Information
We collect information about how you interact with the Service, such as features used, pages viewed, search queries, actions taken, and the dates and times of your activity. We use this information to operate, improve, and secure the Service.
Device and Technical Information
We collect technical information about the device and software you use to access the Service, including device type, operating system, app version, language settings, IP address, and diagnostic data such as crash reports and performance metrics.
Camera and Photo Library
With your permission, the app accesses your camera or photo library so you can attach photos to listings and inventory records. Photos remain on your device unless you choose to upload them. You can change these permissions at any time in your device’s system settings.
How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To create and secure your account and authenticate you.

- To communicate with you about the Service, including transactional notices, security alerts, and changes to these policies.
- To monitor, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- With other users. Content you publish to the Service (such as listings and offers) is visible to other authorized users in accordance with the audience you select.
- With service providers. We share information with vendors that host our infrastructure, deliver authentication, send email, monitor performance, and provide other operational services. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to handle information consistent with this Policy.
- For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bruno, our users, or others.
- In connection with a business transfer. If Bruno is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information after account closure as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
- You can update or correct your account information from within the app.
- You can revoke camera, photo library, or notification permissions in your device’s system settings.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us at the address below.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information.
